Spring at Fallowfen Gundogs 2016
Well its 2016 and meant to be spring however the only signs are that the snowdrops and daffodils have blossomed.
With a new year comes new members to our working team of gundogs. Three new members to our team and also standing at stud are Tully a working golden retriever, Sweep a blue roan working cocker spaniel and Grouse a yellow Labrador retriever.
All three boys had a few outings this past shooting season and showing the right temperament, attitude and working abilities.
Although our dogs are working companions it is also very important to look for the right dog to produce faithful family companions with fantastic temperaments.
With summer around the corner and lighter nights on the horizon it gives us an opportunity to get out and enjoy the dogs and address any training issues picked up during the last season.
This year we will be continuing with our group training sessions followed by our Charity fun day for all to enjoy from the average pet dog to the more competitive handler.
We are also looking to put some workshop days together to allow dog owners to train, discuss and understand dogs needs and characteristics.
For anyone looking for any help and advice please feel free to contact ourselves.
